Darrell G. Brooke
is the founder of The Brooke Law Group, located in the heart of Old Town Monrovia. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law and also practices taxation, business planning, business law, and elder law. Prior to founding the firm, Darrell worked for three of the largest law firms in Los Angeles, specializing in estate planning and probate. Mr. Brooke received the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell AV – Rating by his peers: 5.0/5.0 (out of 5.0).

Darrell serves the legal industry in two major capacities: On the State Bar of California, he is a member of the Probate Committee and the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section. He is also a member of the American Bar Association’s The Real Property, Probate and Trust Section; Lifetime and Testamentary Charitable Gift Planning Committee; and Lifetime Transfer: Transfer Tax Issues Committee.
Aimee is a legal assistant at The Brooke Law Group where she brings a decade of experience in legal administration to clients, preparing and drafting legal documents and providing trust administration, probate, conservatorships, court filings, title work and the recording of documents with the County Recorder’s Office and Assessor’s Office. Aimee is also the friendly voice clients hear at the end of the phone when they call the office. Additionally, Aimee serves as the firm’s notary public, providing convenient, in-office service for legal documentation.
A native of San Diego, Aimee moved to Monrovia in 2004 where she and her family participate each year in “Make a Difference Day.” Aimee also volunteers for Foothill Unity Center and previously, with the Duarte Senior Center.
Corrine A. Tokunaga
Corrine Tokunaga is a legal assistant at The Brooke Law Group where she is responsible for preparing estate planning documents, court documents for probate and conservatorship, and preparing trust clients’ accounting and legal correspondence. She also prepares legal documents establishing private corporations and companies.
Corrine joined The Brooke Law Group over ten years ago after working for an estate planning and probate law firm in downtown Los Angeles. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from CalState, Los Angeles and is active in community service operating a classical Okinawa dance school.
